Job Title: IT Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top IT talent for our clients. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and deliver high-quality candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Source and attract top IT talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

2. Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate technical skills and fit.

3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and deliver high-quality candidates.

4. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and selection.

5. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a positive experience.

6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify top talent and best practices.

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment or related field.

2. Strong understanding of IT job roles and technologies.

3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

5. Strong organizational and time management skills.
