Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage

end-to-end recruitment

lifecycle for BFSI / GCC roles (sourcing ? screening ? interviews ? offer ? onboarding). Handle hiring for roles across

banking operations, risk & compliance, KYC/AML, financial analytics, investment banking support, tech & digital roles

, and shared-services domains. Partner with hiring managers to understand

role requirements

, job specifications, and target talent pools. Build and maintain a strong

pipeline of candidates

across BFSI/GCC talent markets. Use

LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, social hiring, Boolean search

, internal databases, and referrals for sourcing. Conduct

pre-screening

, evaluate candidate fit, and present qualified profiles to stakeholders. Coordinate interviews, manage scheduling, and ensure smooth candidate experience. Negotiate

compensation fitment, notice periods

, and drive offer closures. Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and weekly reports. Ensure

compliance

with hiring policies and data accuracy in ATS/CRM systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

3-7 years

of recruitment experience .

Mandatory:

Experience hiring in

BFSI / GCC / Captive / Shared Services

domain.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
