Job Summary:
As an IT Recruiter at Experts Pro, you will play a key role in connecting talented IT professionals with opportunities at our US-based client companies. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates, ensuring a positive experience while building a strong talent pool for various technical roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Source active and passive candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools.
Screen candidate profiles and resumes against job requirements.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability and interest.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring teams.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Requirements
3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably for the US market.
Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
A basic understanding of common IT roles and technologies.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
