The Junior Recruiter will support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and internal
databases.
Review resumes and conduct initial screening to match candidates with job
requirements.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate records and update the applicant tracking system.
Assist in job posting, recruitment marketing, and employer branding initiatives.
Support campus hiring and internship recruitment drives as needed.
Provide a smooth and professional experience to candidates throughout the process.
Assist with onboarding coordination and documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
