Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding).
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other channels.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future openings.
Understand technical requirements of each role and collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions.
Conduct preliminary technical screening and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and technical teams.
Negotiate salary, benefits, and other terms with candidates.
Maintain candidate database and generate recruitment reports.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field.
Proven experience as an IT Recruiter (agency or in-house).
Strong understanding of IT technologies (Java, PHP, Cloud, DevOps, Networking, etc.).
Hands-on experience with recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
