About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
IT Recruiter
with a strong understanding of technology hiring and end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent to support our organization's rapid growth.
You will work closely with hiring managers, business leaders, and technical teams to ensure we attract the best professionals in the market while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment process
for IT positions across multiple business units.
Understand client requirements and create effective
job descriptions and hiring strategies
.
Source candidates through multiple channels like
LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, referrals, and internal databases
.
Conduct
initial screening and technical assessment coordination
with interview panels.
Maintain an active
pipeline of qualified candidates
for critical and niche IT roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to
define role requirements, salary benchmarking, and interview process flow
.
Manage
offer negotiations
, background verification, and onboarding coordination.
Track hiring metrics such as
time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate experience
.
Keep up-to-date with
emerging tech trends, talent market insights, and recruitment best practices
.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
3-6 years of hands-on IT recruitment experience
(agency or corporate).
Strong experience in hiring for roles such as
Java, Python, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, Salesforce, QA, and Full Stack Developers
.
Excellent sourcing skills using
LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other advanced sourcing tools
.
Proven track record of closing niche and senior-level technical positions.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with
ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
and HR tools (Zoho Recruit, Workday, Lever, etc.).
Ability to work in a
fast-paced environment
and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience hiring for
product-based or IT services companies
.
Understanding of
contract, permanent, and remote hiring models
.
Certifications in
Technical Recruitment or Talent Sourcing
will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
