Title: IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates for IT roles including software development, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, and data engineering
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine job descriptions
- Manage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
- Utilize ATS and CRM tools to track candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations
- Maintain candidate engagement and ensure a positive hiring experience
- Stay updated on IT hiring trends and talent availability
? Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or corporate)
- Familiarity with technical terminology and IT skillsets
- Proficiency in sourcing tools and Boolean search techniques
- Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment CRMs
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills
