Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced IT Recruiter with strong sourcing skills and proven stakeholder management capabilities. The ideal candidate should be passionate about technology hiring, well-versed with sourcing strategies, and able to manage hiring demands in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for IT roles across various technologies and domains.

• Engage with hiring managers/stakeholders to understand hiring needs and role requirements.

• Source candidates through multiple channels including portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.

• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical rounds.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical and recurring positions.

• Ensure timely closures with minimal TAT.

• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.

• Maintain accurate documentation of all recruitment activities.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT recruitment.

• Strong exposure to hiring for various IT skills: Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data, etc.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.

• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools is a plus.

• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and target-focused.
