Role Overview

We are hiring a dynamic Manager - IT Recruitment & B2B Staffing to lead corporate outreach, manage client relationships, and drive business growth across our training and staffing verticals.

Key Responsibilities

.Manage end-to-end IT recruitment (sourcing, screening, coordination).

.Acquire and onboard B2B clients for training and staffing services.

.hunting new requirements

.Present solutions to HR, L&D, and tech leaders.

.Handle client lifecycle: prospecting to delivery coordination.

.Support proposals, RFPs, and corporate agreements.

.Represent the organization at events and networking platforms.

Requirements:

IT Recruiter Experience: 2-4 years,B2B Sales/BD Experience: 4-7 years (EdTech/Training/Staffing preferred).

.Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.

.Understanding of L&D, staffing, and HR workflows.

.CRM proficiency.

Preferred

.MBA/PGDM in Marketing or HR.

.Exposure to South Asia/Middle East markets.
