# Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with a verifiable background in HR within the IT industry and specific expertise in the BFSI vertical. You will be the crucial link, identifying and hiring technologists who not only possess the right software skills but also understand the regulatory and operational context of the banking world. Your past experience in an IT HR role is essential for understanding our culture and the profiles we seek.

# Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle IT Recruitment for BFSI:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technology roles critical to banking, including Software Development, Data Engineering, DevOps, Cloud, and QA, with a focus on financial domains.
Strategic Sourcing & Headhunting:Proactively source passive and active candidates from the Pune market using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and direct headhunting, with a strong focus on tech professionals currently or previously working in BFSI projects.
Technical & Domain Screening:Conduct in-depth interviews to assess both technical competencies (e.g., Java, Python, AWS, Azure, SQL) and domain knowledge (e.g., payments, core banking, trade finance, risk systems).
HR Partnership & Insight: Leverage your past experience in IT HRto:
Act as a true talent advisor to IT hiring managers, speaking their language and understanding team dynamics.
Accurately evaluate candidate motivations, career goals, and cultural fit within a technology organization.
Provide valuable insights on tech talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive intelligence within Pune's IT-BFSI landscape.
Candidate Experience Champion:Ensure a seamless, professional, and positive candidate journey from first contact to onboarding, reflecting our company's values.
Data-Driven Approach:Maintain meticulous records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and use data to report on recruitment metrics and pipeline health.
# Mandatory Skills and Qualifications

Verifiable Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR/Recruitment role within an IT company.You must be able to demonstrate this through your employment history.
BFSI Domain Expertise:Proven track record of recruiting IT professionals for the Banking and Financial Services sector. You understand the difference between a Java developer for a fintech and one for an e-commerce company.
Technical Acumen:Strong ability to understand and discuss technical requirements, skills, and terminologies with both candidates and hiring managers.
Sourcing Prowess:Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and major Indian job portals like Naukri.
Stakeholder Management:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively partner with senior technology leaders.
# Preferred Qualifications

Experience hiring for specific BFSI technology domains: Core Banking (Finacle, Flexcube), Payment Systems (UPI, NEFT, RTGS), Card Management, Regulatory Reporting, or Risk & Compliance platforms.*

Prior experience in a tech company that served BFSI clients or in the IT division of a bank.
Familiarity with the specific compensation structures and career aspirations of IT professionals in Pune.
