We are seeking an experienced

IT Recruiter (Experience- 1 to 3years)

with expertise in

Contract-to-Hire (C2H)

recruitment to join our growing team. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing highly qualified IT professionals for our client projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the tech landscape and be familiar with the nuances of C2H placements, ensuring both candidate and client needs are met effectively.

Experience with

C2H staffing

or

IT consulting

companies. Knowledge of specific technical areas such as cloud technologies, cybersecurity, data engineering, etc. Proficiency with

LinkedIn Recruiter

,

Indeed

,

Glassdoor

, or other sourcing tools. Prior experience in high-volume recruitment or with a staffing agency.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
