Commercial Cards' strategic objective is to compete and differentiate on the basis of global capability and customized solutions for high-value customers. Role Description: We are seeking Automation testing experts for Commercial Card's delivery team. The successful candidate will interact with the Development Project Manager, the development, testing, and production support teams, as well as other departments within Citigroup (such as the System Administrators, Database Administrators, Data Centre Operations, and Change Control groups) for TTS platforms. He/she requires exceptional communication skills across both technology and the business and will have a high degree of visibility. The candidate will be a rigorous technical resource with a strong understanding of how to build and implement scalable testing frameworks for enterprise level global applications. To plan and lead testing initiatives related to process and product rollout into production. Testing specialists who to design and implement appropriate scripts/plans for an application testing strategy/approach, create / review test cases, guide and support test case execution, and perform test closure activities. The ideal candidate will be dependable and resourceful software professional who can comfortably work in a large development team in a globally distributed, dynamic work environment that fosters diversity, teamwork and collaboration. The ability to work in high pressured environment is essential. Qualifications:

• BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience working on complex projects.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in leading globally distributed teams successfully
• Demonstrated people and technical management skills
• Project management, interpersonal, and communication skills, with high attention to minute details.

Technical / Functional Proficiency:

• Experience in Automation tools like Selenium and Lean FT, exposure to UFT/QTP
• Experience in Mobile testing for Mac,iOS, Android using Perfecto, Appium
• Strong experience in designing Hybrid, Data Driven Automation frame work
• Experience in Selenium GRID, TestNG, Maven for CI/CD and reporting.
• Experience of integrated E2E testing across partner services
• Strong understanding of object oriented analysis and design, design patterns, high availability and concurrent programming
• Demonstrated excellent software testing skills.
• Strong experiences in Managing testing for large scale applications, Test Strategy, planning, Design & Execution
• Experience in CI/CD methodologies, Test Driven methodologies
• Strong Database experience (DB2/Oracle/SQL)
• Experience in working on BDD technology stack - Gherkin, Cucumber, Bitbucket.
• Expert level in Jira, Serenity, ALM, Bitbucket, Git.
• Experience defect management (ALM, Jira)
• Experience in programming languages viz. Java, Spring, Python
• Knowledge on DevOPs tools -Jenkins, TeamCity, uDeploy
• Knowledge on other scripting languages - Perl/Javascript/Shell scripting

Leadership Skills:

• Responsible for providing technical leadership of multiple large scale/complex global testing solutions
• Experience of developing teams of permanent employees and vendors from 5 - 20 in size
• Requires Strong Stakeholder Management experience to drive discussions between Business, Solutions, Operations and Application Teams.
• Excellent communication skills. Clearly articulating and documenting technical and functional specifications is a key requirement.
• Promotes continuous process improvement especially in code quality, testability & reliability
• Ability to build a comprehensive understanding of project stakeholders, subject matter, and priorities
• Leadership and strong communication skills
• Flexible to work across different Time zones supporting stakeholders across LATAM, EMEA and ASPAC regions.
• Strong customer service focuses with the ability to communicate with highly technical management teams.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, both technical and functional.
• Demonstrate excellent leadership, interpersonal, and team building skills.
• Managing time and changing priorities in a dynamic environment
• Ability to provide quick turnaround to software issues and management requests
• Ability to assimilate key issues and concepts and come up to speed quickly
