Job Title: IT Project Manager

Location: Pune

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Project Manager

to oversee and drive project execution from initiation to completion. The

ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, tracking, and delivering

projects on time, within scope, and within budget while ensuring

alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

? Coordinate with all resources for the flawless execution of

projects.

? Ensure that all projects are planned, tracked, and delivered on

time, within scope, and within budget.

? Understand the needs of multiple stakeholders (users/clients,

development team, business team, etc.) for mobility and cloud-

based software applications within the SCRUM Agile environment.

? Facilitate the negotiation of requirements amongst stakeholders

and identify current and future business processes.

? Assign and oversee the daily tasks and progress of team

members.

? Determine and define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities

for team members required for specific projects or initiatives.

? Update and maintain all production systems ensuring proper

maintenance and installation.

Required Skills & Experience:

? 7-10 years of experience in technical project management for

mobile, cloud, and web-based software products and applications.

? Minimum 5 years' management/leadership experience in IT

development work and interactions with customers.

? Extensive leadership experience and strong teaming abilities.

? Excellent problem-solving skills.

? Good understanding of Web and Mobile Architecture and

concepts.

? Strong project management skills, including planning, estimation,

risk tracking, monitoring, and control.

? Strong experience in providing clear, concise articulation and

documentation.

? Ability to help prioritize business requirements.

? Strong experience in managing projects using the SCRUM Agile

methodology.

? Strong experience and understanding of mobile technologies such

as Android and iOS and cloud-based software, preferably in .NET

utilizing Google Services such as Location Services, Charts, etc.

? Prior hands-on experience in software development and quality

assurance.

? Preferred experience working with apps in Payments, Charity,

Healthcare, Transport industry or working with wireless device

integration such as Internet of Things devices or location-based

tracking applications.

? Hands-on experience using Jira (or equivalent tools) for managing

SCRUM Agile projects.

? Conceptual and analytical thinking and solution decision-making

skills.

? Demonstrated analytical skills with a good understanding of

information technology, business concepts, and functions.

? Team leader/player with strong organizational skills.

? Proven ability to understand complex business requirements.

? Ability to be proactive, find solutions to problems, and meet

deadlines.

? Good time management skills.

? A passion for technology and developing best-of-breed products.

Qualifications:

? BTech/BSc/BE in Computer Science or equivalent study.

? Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes,

strategies, and methods.

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: ?449,101.65 - ?1,861,059.15 per year
