• Act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth stakeholder communication.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, quality delivery.
• Monitor risks, track milestones, and ensure compliance with SLAs and documentation.

Requirements - * 7-10 years of project management experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation.

• Proven experience in client-facing roles and enterprise delivery management.
• Strong knowledge of ERP, WMS/TMS platforms, and supply chain processes.
• Skilled in JIRA, MS Project, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certifications preferred.
