About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager who will primarily serve as Scrum Master for one of our software development teams. You will facilitate agile processes, plan and track sprints, and motivate the team to deliver high-quality results. You will also support project management for global infrastructure initiatives, ensuring compliance with corporate governance and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as Scrum Master for an international software development team (mainly India and Germany based), facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Coach and motivate the team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment
Plan, track, and report on sprint progress, ensuring realistic commitments and timely delivery
Remove impediments and support the team in achieving sprint goals
Ensure adherence to agile methodologies and corporate governance requirements
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, leadership, and cross-functional teams
Support project management for global data and infrastructure projects as needed
Maintain project documentation and knowledge transfer
Requirements
10+ years of experience in IT project management and agile software development
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in corporate environments
Strong knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or similar certification required
Familiarity with corporate governance structures and compliance needs
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills in an international corporate environment.
