Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Project Manager

with

5+ years of experience

in IT project management, strong

coding background

, and proven experience in handling

live projects

from initiation to delivery. The ideal candidate will combine

technical expertise

with

leadership and client management skills

to ensure successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage

end-to-end project lifecycle

- requirement gathering, planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery. Lead cross-functional teams including

frontend, backend, QA, and DevOps

. Actively participate in coding/reviewing critical modules when needed. Ensure smooth deployment and management of

live projects

with minimal downtime. Prepare and maintain

project documentation

(SRS, timelines, progress reports). Communicate effectively with

clients and stakeholders

, providing regular updates. Identify project risks, dependencies, and ensure timely resolutions. Implement

Agile/Scrum methodologies

for sprint planning, task allocation, and tracking. Mentor junior developers and guide them in coding standards and best practices.

Requirements

5+ years experience

in IT project management. Strong background in

coding

(Laravel/PHP, Python/Django, React.js, or similar). Proven experience managing

live projects

and handling production issues. Solid understanding of

databases

(MySQL, PostgreSQL) and deployment processes. Experience with

GitHub

(branching, PRs, version control). Familiarity with

AWS/Cloud hosting

preferred. Strong organizational and planning skills. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Experience working in

Agile/Scrum

environment.
