About the Role

We're on the lookout for a

Project Manager

with deep domain expertise in

manufacturing operations, enterprise automation

, and

AI-powered ERP/CRM solutions

This is a high-impact role that requires a mix of

strategic thinking, user-centric product design, technical fluency,

and a passion for leveraging

AI and data-driven technologies

to transform complex workflows into scalable, intelligent systems.

What You'll Do

Lead the

product vision, roadmap, and execution

for next-gen ERP and CRM platforms tailored to the manufacturing sector. Drive

process digitization and intelligent automation

across the full value chain: supply chain, production, inventory, sales, logistics, and customer lifecycle. Partner closely with

engineering, AI/ML, UX, and business stakeholders

to deliver seamless and scalable enterprise-grade solutions. Embed

AI/ML capabilities

for predictive analytics, smart workflows, and real-time insights. Collaborate with architects to ensure the product is

built on a modern, extensible, cloud-native architecture

. Define

OKRs and product success metrics

aligned with business outcomes and customer satisfaction. Champion

agile product development

and foster a high-performing, cross-functional team culture. Stay ahead of emerging tech, industry standards, and competitive landscape in ERP, CRM, and manufacturing systems.

What You Bring

5+ years of product management experience, preferably in

B2B SaaS or enterprise software

. Proven experience in

building ERP and CRM platforms for manufacturing

, with a strong understanding of operational workflows. Experience in leading

digital transformation

and

automation initiatives

at scale. Strong grasp of

AI/ML applications in enterprise products

, such as predictive maintenance, smart forecasting, and intelligent decision-making. Solid understanding of

enterprise software architecture

, integrations (e.g., APIs, middleware), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.). Demonstrated success managing

cross-functional product teams

and navigating complex stakeholder environments. Excellent storytelling, stakeholder management, and execution skills. Technical background (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) is a strong plus.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
