Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Roles And Responsibilities

Plan, define, and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Allocate resources efficiently and manage project team members to achieve project goals. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues. Conduct regular project meetings, prepare status reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards. Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making to overcome project challenges. Lead project closure activities, including documentation, evaluation, and lessons learned. Utilize project management tools such

as JIRA, Trello, clickup, or similar to track progress, manage tasks,

and ensure transparency. Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Trello, ClickUp,). Excellent leadership, team management, and motivational skills. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to anticipate risks and solve problems effectively.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
