CTG's long-standing Fortune 500 client of over 15 years has a W2 contract assignment for an IT Project Manager III.
Type: Contract
Job Title: IT Project Manager III
Location: Remote (Candidates must be willing to work EST schedule)
Pay Rate: $62.86 - $85.05/hour
Work Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree minimum with equivalent experience
About the Role:
Join CTG's long-standing Fortune 500 client as an IT Project Manager III. Lead large-scale ERP transformation projects (S4HANA) and cloud initiatives, coordinating global teams, vendors, and budgets to deliver on time and within scope.
What You'll Do:
Lead project teams, define roles, assign tasks, and manage schedules
Develop project scope, objectives, budgets, and performance standards
Communicate project status, risks, and resolutions to stakeholders
Oversee quality, operational readiness, and change management
Coordinate vendor management (RFI, RFP, SOW) with Global Sourcing
Facilitate issue resolution and risk mitigation
Ensure business value delivery aligns with project plans
Must-Have Qualifications:
5+ years of project management experience
Bachelor's degree preferred (or Associate's + equivalent experience)
PMP Certification (active, include number & dates)
Prior experience managing ERP (S4HANA) transformation projects
Strong financial acumen & project budget experience
Excellent communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills
Hands-on experience with ERP/manufacturing technologies (SAP S4HANA, Camstar, cloud)
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Desired Skills:
Agile/Scrum Certification (Scrum Master)
SDLC, ITIL, and ISO knowledge
Negotiation and contract management experience
