Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Business Management, or equivalent work experience 8 years experience leading large-scale project delivery in a technical environment Prior experience as a project manager in a matrixed organization Ability to communicate with customers and colleagues with impact, credibility, and influence. Outstanding influence skills to effectively drive program / project efforts. Ability to quickly put structure in place and drive adoption Outstanding organization, coordination, and leadership skills - ability to partner and find common points of agreement with stakeholders Coordinates aspects of projects, including: project definition, documentation, testing, training, data gathering, and implementation, with the guidance of more experienced team members.
