Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Scrum Master and Program Manager. In this dual role, you will be responsible for leading Agile teams as a Scrum Master while also managing multiple projects and programs to ensure successful delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in multiple geographies to drive continuous improvement and deliver high-quality products with a focus on execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, demos and retrospectives as the Scrum Master. Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices and principles. Collect and report scrum metrics. Remove impediments and ensure the team is focused on delivering value. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets as the Program Manager. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across projects. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and product quality.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification. 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and Program Manager in an Agile environment. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Experience leading teams that develop platforms and tools and secure software. Ability to work across functions and collaborate with different departments. Ability to work with US teams and have schedule flexibility for US meetings.
