Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate project tasks and ensure effective communication among team members.
Assist in hiring technical staff and managing onboarding activities.
Prepare and maintain clear, organized project and technical documentation.
Monitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely progress.
Apply best practices and insights from previous product-based project experience.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar leadership role.
Strong understanding of software/product development lifecycles.
Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities efficiently.
Part-time consulting availability (approximately a couple of hours per day).
