About The Job:

• We are looking for an enthusiastic and delivery-focused Offshore Agile Project Manager with 4 to 5 years of experience in Agile software development environments.
• The ideal candidate will be passionate about Agile principles, skilled in managing cross-functional teams, and capable of driving Agile delivery practices across offshore teams.
• This role plays a key part in supporting large-scale product development efforts by aligning delivery with business goals, coaching teams, and facilitating continuous improvement

Essential Job Functions:

• Champion Agile best practices at the team and program level, supporting consistent delivery across assigned products or platforms.
• Manage day-to-day operations for offshore Agile teams, ensuring alignment with sprint goals, schedules, and product backlogs.
• Facilitate key Agile ceremonies such as multi-team planning sessions.
• Assist in identifying and resolving program-level risks, issues, and delivery constraints in collaboration with engineering and product leads.
• Supportcross-functional coordination across time zones, working closely with onshore partners to maintain transparency and communication.
• Coach team members on Agile roles, responsibilities, and value delivery, fostering a mindset of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Participate in the evolution of Thermo Fisher?s unified Agile development framework, contributing feedback and aligning teams to shared practices.
• Engage in Communities of Practice (CoPs) to enhance the craftsmanship of
• Agile roles including Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Engineers.
• Drive adoption of Agile metrics and feedback loops to inform decisions and optimize performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4?5 years of experience in Agile project or program delivery, including team facilitation and stakeholder coordination.
• Practical experience managing offshore or distributed Agile teams, with an understanding of remote collaboration dynamics.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies such asScrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
• Effective communicator with a collaborative, proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.

Certification:

• Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM I, or SAFe Agilist.
• Proficiency with project tracking tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
• Exposure to engineering lifecycle practices, DevOps, or basic QA processes.
• Experience in digital transformation or enterprise product delivery is a plus.
