Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

IT Project Lead

with at least 1 year of experience in leading or coordinating IT projects. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), basic project management practices, and the ability to coordinate between clients, developers, testers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, organizing, and managing IT projects from initiation to delivery. Coordinate between development, design, testing, and client teams to ensure smooth workflow. Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables. Conduct daily/weekly stand-up meetings and prepare project status reports. Identify risks, delays, and escalate issues to senior management when required. Ensure project documentation (SRS, requirement gathering, reports) is properly maintained. Work closely with clients to gather requirements and provide updates. Support the team in resolving blockers and ensure tasks are completed on time. Use project management tools (e.g., Jira) for task tracking.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred). 1+ year of experience in IT project management or coordination. Basic understanding of software development processes (Agile/Scrum preferred). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and client-handling skills. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
