Job Description

We are looking for a Project Coordinator who will be working on a Global Project and will be responsible for managing and coordinating project request, track progress, communication with client PMs or Stakeholders, Quote Submission, Email and Phone Communication throughout this role. This position will be remote and be 100% work from home. However, the person needs to be available as per the time zone in which Projects are being executed.

Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling & Planning:

Create and manage project timelines, coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure resource availability.

Communication:

Serve as a central point of contact, relaying information between team members, managers, and clients; document meeting minutes and decisions.

Documentation:

Maintain project files, update status reports, ensure all project documents are current and stored correctly.

Monitoring & Reporting:

Track project progress, monitor budgets and expenses, identify risks, and report on key metrics.

Task Management:

Assign tasks, follow up on deliverables, and help resolve issues or blockers.
Essential Skills:

Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Detail-oriented and proactive. Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, MS Project). Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
