We are seeking a dedicated and driven IT Project Coordinator with 6 months to 1 year of experience in planning and delivering software projects, including mobile applications and web applications.
Key Responsibilities
Understand project business requirements and communicate them clearly to the development team.
Coordinate with project team members--including designers, developers, and other coordinators--to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Identify potential delivery risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to maintain timelines and budgets.
Provide consultation and support to clients as needed during the project lifecycle.
Conduct daily Scrum ceremonies and ensure smooth execution of Agile processes.
Deliver regular product demonstrations to clients.
Review project deliverables to ensure quality standards are met.
Prepare and share weekly and monthly progress reports with clients and management.
Assist in planning recruitment activities to ensure adequate team capacity for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Required Skills & Behavioral Attributes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong analytical abilities and interpersonal skill
