IT Project Coordinator (Startup Environment)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized IT Project Coordinator to join our growing startup team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, can handle multiple priorities, and enjoys working closely with founders, developers, and business teams. You will play a key role in keeping projects on track, improving processes, and ensuring clear communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end coordination of IT and product development projects Work closely with founders, product managers, and developers to track tasks and milestones Maintain project timelines, sprint plans, and task boards Follow up with team members to ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks Document requirements, workflows Create and maintain project documentation, trackers, and Google Sheets Coordinate stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early and escalate when needed Help define and improve internal processes and project workflows

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree 1-3 years of experience in IT project coordination, product operations, or similar roles Understanding of web technologies Experience using project management tools (Monday, Jira, ClickUp etc.) Strong documentation skills using Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides Excellent communication and follow-up skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Skills

Experience in Agile/Scrum startup teams Exposure to SaaS, e-commerce and logistics platforms Experience working with remote or distributed teams
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?80,000.00 - ?90,000.00 per month
