is looking for a proactive and organized

IT Project Coordinator

to manage and coordinate web and IT-related projects. The candidate will work closely with clients, designers, developers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage multiple IT/web projects from initiation to completion Understand client requirements and convert them into clear project tasks Coordinate with developers, designers, and testers for smooth execution Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables Conduct regular internal and client meetings Share project updates and handle client queries and feedback Identify risks, delays, or issues and escalate with solutions Maintain project documentation, reports, and workflow trackers Ensure quality standards and timely project delivery

Skills Required

Strong understanding of IT/Web project lifecycle Basic knowledge of web technologies (WordPress / HTML / CSS preferred) Good communication and client-handling skills Strong coordination and time management abilities Ability to multitask and manage deadlines Problem-solving mindset with ownership of tasks

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science or related field 2-3 years of experience in IT project coordination Experience in web development or digital projects is an advantage Familiarity with project management tools is a plus
