The IT Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and completion of IT projects. This role involves coordinating project activities, managing timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring that all project requirements are met. The IT Project Coordinator will work closely with IT teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination:
Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and timelines.
Coordinate project tasks, resources, and activities to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
Resource and Budget Management:
Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
Track resource allocation and manage procurement of necessary materials and services.
Progress Monitoring:
Track project milestones, deliverables, and progress against the project plan.
Identify and address any issues or delays that may impact project timelines.
Risk Management:
Identify potential project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting notes.
Prepare and deliver regular status reports and project updates to stakeholders and management.
Team Support:
Support project team members by providing guidance and resolving any issues that arise.
Facilitate meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and reviews.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or Agile certifications) are a plus.
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably within an IT environment.
Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Salary - 15,000-20,000
