Netzila Technologies LLP is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic Project coordinator for our Mohali located office who support us to handle our clients , projects , team . Requirements: -

• Assisting and supporting the project manager.
• Designing and controlling the project schedule.
• Preparing presentations to update senior management on the project\xe2\x80\x99s progress and showcase the project\xe2\x80\x99s value.
• Delegating tasks to team members.
• Tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities.
• Looking for ways to increase the project\xe2\x80\x99s profitability and reduce expenses where possible.
• Ensuring deadlines are met.
• Organizing and attending stakeholder meetings.
• Providing administrative support.
• Organizing project team meetings and recording minutes.
• Liaising with clients to determine the project\xe2\x80\x99s objectives.
• Resource allocation and resource management for multiple projects.
• Handling financial queries.
• Knowledge of technologies like \xe2\x80\x93 PHP, Wordpress,shopify , Designing ,Seo etc .

Experience Required : - 1 year to 1.5 years. Skills

• Strong analysis and problem-solving skills, self-directed, detail oriented, creative problem solver.
• Project management skills like cost control, schedule management will be an added advantage.
• Experience with design and coding across one or more platforms and languages is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication and documentation abilities.
• Comfortable in a small, intense and high-growth environment.
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• People management skills and documentation and client handling skills
