Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

IT Project Coordinator

with a strong background in

networking technologies

to support project planning, execution, and delivery. The ideal candidate should have

ITIL certification

, hands-on understanding of IT infrastructure projects, and excellent coordination skills to work across technical and non-technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and support IT networking projects across planning, execution, and closure phases. Work closely with network engineers, vendors, and stakeholders to track deliverables and timelines. Prepare project documentation including SOWs, project plans, risk logs, and status reports. Ensure smooth communication between technical teams and clients. Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools. Assist in resource allocation, task assignments, and logistics planning. Track incident and change requests using ITIL frameworks. Organize regular project meetings and document MoMs and action items. Escalate issues proactively and work toward timely resolution. Maintain compliance with internal processes and ensure quality deliverables.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent. 2-3 years of experience as a project coordinator, preferably in network or IT infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of networking components (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.) ITIL Foundation Certification is mandatory. Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, etc.) Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities. Preffered stay in Thane location

Preferred Skills:

PMP or PRINCE2 (added advantage) Experience working with ISPs or system integrators Knowledge of SLA and incident management processes

Pay: ?11,765.67 - ?30,833.18 per month
