Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination:

Assist in planning and executing IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.

Team Collaboration:

Serve as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors to facilitate communication and resolve issues promptly.

Documentation Management:

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.

Issue Tracking & Resolution:

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Training Support:

Provide training and support to team members on new tools, technologies, and processes.

Process Improvement:

Contribute to the development and refinement of project management processes and best practices.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

3-5 years in IT project coordination or a similar role.

Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or Microsoft Project.

Communication Skills:

Good verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Organizational Skills:

Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Problem-Solving:

Proactive in identifying issues and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
