IT Project Coordinator / Manager for Web Design, Mobile Application and Developement Company Experience Only

Job brief:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage organization of key client projects. The project manager responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering every project on time within budget and scope. The ideal candidate should have a sense of programming, an expert in logic, and experience in delivering applications in PHP, Open Source Technologies, Mobile Application, CMS, Frameworks, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Required Skills/Abilities

Developing project plans, goals, budget and identifying required resources Leading project planning sessions Coordinating staff and internal resources Managing relationships with clients Managing project progress and adapt work as required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Translating customer requirements into working instructions for Delivery; creating Procedure and Agreement Documents Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Monitor and track project milestones and deliverable Preparing Time and work estimate for the project Assembling and coordinating project team members; assigning individual responsibilities Assisting in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant resources and ensuring technical feasibility Preparing requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products Coordination between clients and the team in the company to get a successful outcome of the project ensuring utmost client satisfaction Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, negotiation skills Must be good in Jira/Basecamp/Asana/Trello or any other Project management tool

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills PMP or Project Management Certifications is a plus Minimum of 2 to 3 years of IT project management experience
