Manage IT and web-based projects from initiation to completion.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and satisfaction.
Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, digital marketing, etc.) for timely delivery.
Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and ensure deadlines are met.
Conduct client meetings, gather feedback, and provide regular project updates.
Maintain project documentation, reports, and communication logs.
Ensure quality standards and client expectations are consistently met.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of IT, website, and software development processes.
Experience using
project management tools
(Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.).
Ability to handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
Basic technical understanding to coordinate effectively with developers and designers.
Problem-solving, time management, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

1-3 years of experience in
Project Coordination or Client Service
in the IT industry.
Knowledge of
