We are looking for a motivated and skilled IT Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for internal teams or clients, addressing IT-related
inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
Provide support via email, phone, and chat for technical issues related to hardware,
software, and networking.
Maintain detailed records of support activities and interactions in the company's CRM or
ticketing system.
Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex technical
problems.
Monitor and identify recurring issues to help improve support processes and system
efficiency.
Requirements
Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Previous experience in IT support or a technical customer service role is an advantage.
