Lead and execute complex IT projects, overseeing them from initiation through execution and closure Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and senior executives to define and execute project strategies aligned with business objectives Provide subject matter expertise in project management, offering insights, best practices, and guidance to project teams Ensure resource allocation, project prioritization, and technology investment decisions align with business objectives Maintain the consistent application of project management methodologies, governance, and compliance to ensure project success

YOU MUST HAVE
6+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex IT projects. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in project management software and tools. WE VALUE Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant industry certifications such as PMP, ScrumMaster, or similar. Demonstrated success in driving digital transformation and strategic IT initiatives. Strong project portfolio management skills.
