Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated

IT Professional

who can develop and manage our

website, CRM system, and AI-based automation tools

.
You will play a key role in connecting our digital systems, improving data flow, and ensuring smooth technology-driven operations across the company.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain the company website with high performance and strong security. Integrate website features with CRM and other internal systems. Design and implement a

custom CRM

for real estate and financial operations. Automate lead management, sales tracking, and client communications. Implement

WhatsApp Business API

and AI-driven chatbots or automation workflows. Prepare

Business Requirement Documents (BRD)

by collaborating with management and department heads. Maintain accurate data systems and generate analytical reports for business insights. Continuously research and deploy AI innovations to improve efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

Must-Have:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in

web development

,

CRM management

, or

IT system design

. Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, or similar). Hands-on experience with

MySQL / SQL databases

. Experience with

CRM tools

or custom CRM development. Familiarity with

WhatsApp API

,

ChatGPT API

,

Zapier

, or

Twilio

. Strong analytical and documentation skills (experience in BRD creation preferred).

Nice-to-Have:

Experience in the

real estate or financial industry

. Knowledge of

data visualization tools

(Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio). A proactive mindset, problem-solving attitude, and love for innovation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
