Antivirus Installation, Updating,

? Responsible for Internet connectivity of the locations-UVPL

? Checking up the list and their billing details

? Responsible for problem related to DMS complain raise to DMS support & Coordination.

? Negotiation with vendors before purchase.

? Proper Inventory & up keeping of IT assets of group.

? Value added services for the organization.

? Co-ordination with Network agencies.

? C0-ordination with Micro Pro Software solutions in ERP problems & weekly ERP backup.

? Check up for Savior DB & Attandance/Payroll software.

? CCTV, Software Installation, Action the request as per the guidelines.

? Maintenance & Troubleshooting of Desktop and laptop, Problems

? Broadband Connectivity and Sharing, Support for Client, LAN, Wan support.

? Antivirus updates, Software updates.

? Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting of the branded Laptop & PCs of HP, etc. and Non- branded systems.

? Maintenance, troubleshooting of SAMSUNG, EPSON, HP, Canon L/J Network Printers.

? Computer assembling dissembling, installing printer, install network printer, and maintenance

? Troubleshooting hardware and software problems.

? All operating System installation, All software Installation

? Configures, tests, and Maintain and support LAN/WAN equipment's and related services

? Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves network problems

? support to user's over remote software and resolve Technical queries based on user's query(using Ammy Admin, Any Desk, Team Viewer)

? Troubleshooting and manage basic telephone problem.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
