Job Description

We are looking for a skilled IT Product Trainer to educate and upskill our employees on a wide range of IT products. The ideal candidate will ensure that our team has the technical understanding and confidence needed to effectively sell, position, and support IT devices and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-house training sessions for employees on IT products such as laptops, desktops, accessories, networking devices, and related technologies. Develop clear and engaging training materials, modules, and presentations. Train staff on product specifications, features, benefits, usage, and basic troubleshooting. Assess training effectiveness and provide feedback and additional support where needed. Stay updated on new product launches, tech trends, and competitive products.

Qualifications:

Experience in IT product training or technical education, preferably in the electronics/IT retail or distribution sector. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to simplify technical information for better understanding. Good knowledge of IT hardware, accessories, and basic networking. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay:

As per industry standards
