CashnTech Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing Supply Chain Finance (SCF) Fintech company delivering innovative digital financing solutions to corporates, suppliers, and financial institutions.
We are seeking an
IT Product / Project Manager
who will be responsible for sustaining and enhancing our SaaS-based SCF systems, managing technology platforms and infrastructure, leading new product initiatives, and ensuring smooth delivery and operation of all IT products and services.

technical acumen, product vision, and strong project management discipline

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage company-wide technologies and infrastructure including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office products, AWS platform configurations, and related IT tools.
2. Lead design and development of new SCF products using innovative IT solutions aligned to business goals.
3. Sustain and continuously improve existing SaaS-based Supply Chain Finance platforms, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.
4. Oversee maintenance, enhancement, and lifecycle management of all deployed products.
5. Ensure high service delivery standards and system uptime for customers and internal users.
6. Plan and execute IT projects with sound project management practices -- scope definition, scheduling, resource allocation, cost tracking, and risk management.
7. Coordinate with third-party IT vendors, developers, and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
8. Monitor and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for all customer and partner operations.
9. Collaborate closely with business, operations, and sales teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
10. Maintain documentation, version control, and process discipline across all IT development and operational activities.
Required Technical Skills:
1. Proficiency in software development and familiarity with at least one development environment such as
JavaScript, ReactJS, Python, or MySQL
.
2. Solid understanding of
database management principles and technologies
.
3. Exposure to
analytical tools and AI/ML technologies
will be an added advantage.
4. Strong working knowledge of
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
for reporting, analysis, and communication.
5. Working knowledge of
cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
and configuration management.

Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Management or related field.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in IT product management, project management, or technology delivery roles -- preferably in
Fintech, Banking, or Supply Chain Finance
environments.
Certifications (preferred):
PMP / Prince2 / Agile-Scrum certifications or equivalent.
