IT - Product Owner/Analyst

Any Graduate.
Experience in Banking Domain, overall, more than 8 years of experience

Mission Quarters, Thrissur
Jobs Expected to be performed by the Person

• Strong understanding of the asset side of banking
• Work with the IT team of the bank to develop and maintain products related to the liabilities side of banking.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• To identify gaps and opportunities

• Create and manage product roadmaps, timelines, and backlogs.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure that products are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve products.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Understanding of Core banking solution (CBS) workflows
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong understanding of the asset /Liabilities/Payments side of banking
• Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, Excel
• Working knowledge of API would be an added advantage
