IT Product Manager - ServiceNow SPM

Key Responsibilities




Serve as ServiceNow SPM Administrator & Product Owner


Define and maintain the vision, strategy, and roadmap for ServiceNow SPM, ensuring alignment with business objectives and PMO governance.

Hands-On Administration of ServiceNow SPM


Perform day-to-day administration of the SPM module, including configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of workflows, forms, and dashboards.

Manage Platform Lifecycle


Oversee enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and performance tuning in collaboration with ServiceNow architects and developers.

Configure and Optimize Workflows


Align ServiceNow SPM workflows, templates, and reporting with Kohler's IPEC waterfall methodology (Initiate, Plan, Execute, Close) and PMO standards.

Data Integrity & Governance


Ensure accurate financial, resource, and project data through strong partnerships with PM Managers, Finance, and Resource Management teams. Maintain compliance with data security and governance policies.

User Enablement & Training


Own the onboarding process for Project Managers and stakeholders, including training, documentation, and best practices for ServiceNow SPM tools.

Requirements & Backlog Management


Gather and validate business requirements, prioritize backlog, and manage delivery using Agile or hybrid approaches.

Reporting & Analytics


Develop and maintain dashboards and analytics for portfolio health, financial performance, resource utilization, and executive reporting.

Adoption & Continuous Improvement


Monitor platform usage and user satisfaction; drive adoption and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize value from ServiceNow SPM.

Innovation & Best Practices


Stay current on ServiceNow capabilities, industry trends, and recommend innovative solutions to meet evolving business needs.
