IT Product Content Writer/Manager

About the Role

As a Content Writer for our IT product, you will be responsible for developing compelling, high-quality written content that supports brand awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement. You will play a key role in crafting messaging that resonates with enterprise customers across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Messaging

Write clear, engaging, and technically accurate content for:
Website copy
Blog posts
Whitepapers and case studies
Client success stories
Email campaigns
Sales proposals
Develop storytelling and messaging tailored to industries like BFSI, IT Services, Property Management, and Healthcare.
Create LinkedIn posts, thought-leadership articles, and press releases to boost brand visibility.

Sales & Marketing Collateral

Support Sales and BD teams by drafting:
Custom pitch decks
Sales one-pagers
ROI-focused content
Client-focused case studies

Industry Research

Collaborate with Product and Partnerships teams to understand key value propositions and translate them into customer-focused content.
Stay updated on enterprise SaaS trends, AI/ML developments, and productivity tools.

Required Skills

3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS content writing or marketing communications.
Strong copywriting and storytelling ability.
Experience writing technical and value-driven content for enterprise audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with SEO and keyword research.

Tools:

Google Docs, Grammarly, Surfer SEO or SEMrush (for SEO-optimized writing), Canva (basic visuals for blogs or LinkedIn posts).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience writing for BFSI, IT Services, or Healthcare domains.
Exposure to SaaS or productivity tools (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.).
Basic understanding of compliance topics like SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
