Job Summary:



We are looking for a dynamic and motivated

Sales and Marketing Executive

to drive sales and business development for our

IT products, SaaS solutions, BPO, and KPO services

. The candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, managing client relationships, and promoting our service portfolio across

domestic and international markets

. The role requires flexibility to work across

different time zones

to cater to global clients.

Key Responsibilities:



Generate and develop new business leads for

IT software products, BPO, and KPO services

. Conduct

client meetings, product demos, and presentations

to showcase company offerings. Identify and engage with

international clients

through email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking platforms. Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring

client satisfaction and retention

. Collaborate with internal teams to prepare

proposals, quotations, and service agreements

. Conduct

market research and competitor analysis

to identify emerging trends and business opportunities. Manage

digital marketing initiatives

(email, LinkedIn, and social campaigns) to build brand visibility. Track and report

sales performance, lead conversions, and client feedback

. Participate in

international calls, demos, and trade events

across multiple time zones (US, Middle East, APAC).

Requirements:



1-3 years of experience in

IT Product / SaaS Sales, BPO, or KPO business development

. Strong understanding of

global B2B sales cycles and outsourcing service models

. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

in English. Proficiency in

CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms

. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and flexible to work with clients in

different time zones

.

Education:



Bachelor's degree in

Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field

. MBA in Marketing or International Business preferred.
