Job Description


Summary:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the HRIS partner supporting HCM areas in Workday, including Performance Management, Core Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Advanced Compensation, etc.
  • Maintain tools/technology that support business processes related to HR operations
  • Investigate and resolve support tickets related to HRMS platform. Leverage Workday support for resolution of issues related to system functionality as per SLA's
  • Keep up to date with new applications/features being introduced on the HR platform and disseminate to stakeholders and leaders in a timely manner
  • Maintain data integrity on HRMS data by adhering to MDM best-practices and data governance principles
  • Test, validate and implement Business Process changes in Workday
  • Provide input to Workday Delivery Lead, Workday Team Members, and stakeholders as appropriate
  • Participate in scheduled and ad hoc training in order to improve policy and process acumen
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle workload between system maintenance activities and project related deliverables
Experience Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 3+ years of experience configuring Workday HRMS systems.
Desired Qualification
  • Workday HCM certifications preferred
  • Experience as an end-user of a HRMS platform is highly desirable but not mandatory
