- IT Procurement Executive
Location: Mumbai
CTC: Up to 7 LPA
Experience: Minimum 2-4 Years
Department: IT Procurement & Vendor Management
Role Overview:
We are looking for an IT Procurement professional to manage sourcing, vendor coordination, contract negotiations, and procurement of IT hardware, software, and technology services. The role requires strong commercial understanding, negotiation capability, and experience in IT purchase cycles.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement of IT hardware, software, licenses, AMC and IT services
• Identify and evaluate vendors, obtain quotations, and conduct commercial negotiations
• Review contracts, SLAs, pricing terms, warranty/support documents
• Work closely with IT, Finance, Compliance, and Legal teams for purchase approvals
• Maintain vendor database, track deliveries, validate invoices, and ensure timely payments
• Monitor consumption of licenses, renewals, and AMC schedules
• Ensure procurement activities follow organisational and regulatory guidelines
• Maintain documentation, reports, and dashboards related to procurement spend
