We are seeking a versatile IT professional to manage our day-to-day technology operations. You will be the "boots on the ground" responsible for ensuring our network stays up, our security systems (biometrics/CCTV) are functional, and our hardware is maintained. The ideal candidate is as comfortable configuring a router as they are mounting a camera or repairing a PC.
Key Responsibilities
Networking & Connectivity:
Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, including routers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points.
Security Systems:
Oversee the installation and maintenance of
Biometric Attendance Systems
and
CCTV Camera networks
(analog or IP).
Hardware Maintenance:
Perform hands-on repairs for PCs and Laptops, specifically focusing on
Hard Drive (HDD/SSD) upgrades
, RAM replacements, and physical cleaning.
Windows Administration:
Install and troubleshoot Windows OS, manage user accounts, and ensure systems are patched and secure.
Peripherals:
Set up and troubleshoot office equipment, including network printers, scanners, and multi-function devices.
Technical Support:
Provide on-site and remote support to staff for hardware and software issues.
