Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Operations Manager

to oversee daily business and technical operations within our IT division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing processes, ensuring project efficiency, managing cross-functional teams, and supporting organizational growth through strategic planning and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage day-to-day IT operations, ensuring smooth functioning across departments. Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and clients to ensure timely project delivery. Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and process improvements. Monitor performance metrics and provide data-driven insights for management decisions. Ensure compliance with company standards, IT security, and quality protocols. Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and cost optimization for ongoing projects. Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies. Coordinate with HR and department heads for workforce planning and productivity tracking. Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency. Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and operational reviews for senior management.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. 5-7+ years of proven experience in IT operations, service delivery, or project management. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, MS Project). Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software lifecycle, and organizational processes. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:

Certification in PMP, ITIL, or Six Sigma is an added advantage. Experience in handling SaaS, Cloud, or Managed Service operations. Exposure to automation tools, analytics dashboards, or ERP systems.
