We are hiring an IT Systems Manager based in India who will own and operate our internal IT systems across the US and India. This role supports US executives, US call center operations, and India based admin and back office teams.
The core requirement is
deep, hands on experience with Microsoft 365 environments
and
real world migration experience
, such as Google Workspace to Microsoft 365. Migration experience is required because it proves system level ownership, planning, and execution.
This is not a helpdesk only role. You are responsible for system architecture, security, user access, reliability, and day to day operational support.
Core Responsibilities
Microsoft 365 Ownership
Own Microsoft 365 tenant end to end
Manage Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Azure AD
User provisioning, licensing, security groups, role based access
MFA, conditional access, security and compliance policies
Device management using Intune or equivalent
System Migrations
Lead migrations such as Google Workspace to Microsoft 365
Migrate email, shared drives, permissions, calendars
Plan and execute migrations with minimal downtime
Validate access and data integrity post migration
Document final system state and processes
Global IT Operations
Support US executives and teams remotely
Support India based admin and operations teams on site
Maintain uptime for call center and operations floor systems
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and access issues
Coordinate with internet providers, vendors, and SaaS tools
Security and Access Control
Enforce company wide security standards
Manage onboarding and offboarding
Monitor and mitigate security risks
Maintain audit ready access controls
Process and Documentation
Build SOPs for IT onboarding, access requests, and incident response
Standardize systems across US and India
Reduce dependency on individual knowledge
Support company scaling without chaos
Required Experience
You must have
hands on ownership experience
, not just ticket handling.
5 plus years in IT systems or IT operations roles
Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience
Proven experience with Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 migration
Experience supporting 100 plus users
Experience supporting US based businesses from India
Experience in call center or operations heavy environments is a strong plus
