Key Responsibilities:
Assist in digitalization of administrative and operational processes.
Implement and maintain Zoho applications (CRM, People, Books, Projects, etc.).
Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training to staff.
Coordinate with management for process automation and data integration.
Maintain IT hardware, software, and data security systems.
Prepare reports and dashboards for management review.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in IT operations or digital systems management.
Knowledge of Zoho or other cloud-based platforms preferred.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and support multiple teams.

Based on qualifications and experience.
